Here at Firelance Industries we have a small but solid base of experienced PvP, mining and industrial pilots that are willing to help guide any new players along using the lessons we learned the hard way to your advantage. We don't judge our pilots by how many skillpoints they have, just the skills they possess. Therefore, all we ask is to be able to see any members certifications as needed to assess the proper place for the pilot. We found that this is the easiest way to make sure our pilots go in with all the skills we need them to have without relying solely on what the member says.
